Policy and Cancellation

As a guarantee of your reservation you’ll be asked your credit card data.
We might ask for a pre-authorization and/or request a deposit before your arrival.
Those data will be used according to the deposit and/or cancellation rules of the reservation which follow.

Cancellations

From January until June: you can cancel until 3 days before the arrival date, otherwise you’ll be charged the first night
July and August: you can cancel until 7 days before the arrival date , otherwise you ‘ll be charged the whole amount of your stay
From September until December: you can cancel until 3 days before the arrival date, otherwise you’ll be charged the first night
No show: you’ll be charged 100% of the whole amount in any period of the year

Modification of the reservation

In case of early departures or late arrivals we do not apply any reduction or refund.
Excluding the months of July and August, in case of early departure when already staying in the hotel, the guest must pay for a maximum of three days of not enjoyed stay plus the days of stay.
